Festival Season has officially began with summer right around the corner. Memorial day weekend kick off with some of the best music festivals. Music fans from all over the world raved in three different festivals. The first festival was Mystery Land that took place on May 23-25 outside of New York City. The festival featured DJ’s like: Kaskade, Steve Aoki, Moby, Flosstradamus, Dillon Francis along with many more artist. The company that put together this festival was Bethel Woods and produced by a Dutch company. The second festival was the highly anticipated Electric Daisy Festival that took place at the Metlife Stadium with only 50,000 music fans. The line up of DJ’s that took the stage in the two day festival was: Hardwell, Martin Garrix, Tiesto, Calvin Harris, Krewella and many more. Electric Daisy started off on the right foot to get us ready for EDC Las Vegas in less than a month away. The festival was produced by the Insoniac events company which had music fans crazy with multiple stages, full-scale carnival rides and attractions, dozens of roaming theatrical performers, and a amazing pyrotechnic display. At the end of the festival music fans left happy, but sad since all good things always come to an end. Last but not least the Sunset Music Festival also took place in Tampa, FL this past weekend. The best dance grammy winner Zedd ruled this festival. Other DJ’s that were also there were: Benny Benassi, Cash Cash, Paul Van Dyk and many more. It was definitely a memorial day weekend to remember with so many music festival the party never seem to stop. Music fans did not wanted the memorial day weekend to be over. The good thing is that the party does not stop here this is only the beginning a lot more music festivals are yet to come.
Weekend two of Coachella went down this past weekend and as many fans rave for more the Coachella festival ended with great success. Weekend one was all about what celebrity hit the festival and the private parties they all attended. Although the Coachella festival has always been about the music and the performers. The thing that I loved about the first weekend is the Zedd hit the festival and gave an amazing show as well as Disclosure along with Sam Smith. I totally love how Sam Smith sings he definitely has talent and can actually sing.
The fans this time got to experienced better weather and nobody got annoyed by a little sand while performing. Weekend two was also all about young beautiful women taking over the festival which was totally amazing. Ellie Golding, Lorde, Lana del Rey, Solanage and many other girl groups took over weekend two. The crowd seemed a lot more hip even though some celebrities were still around. The whole festival was completely amazing and left fans with a bitter sweet feeling at the end of the night. Coachella closes its doors for now, but the excitement continues next year with more spectacular performances.
As the anxiety built up on the opening day Coachella goers got to experience the first weekend. As the curtain fell down on the Sahara stage fans scream for a never ending weekend. Here is a recap of the first weekend on Friday Zedd, Martin Garrix and Ellie Golding gave an amazing performance. For Martin Garrix it was his first time playing at Coachella and he definitely did not disappoint the crowd. The ones that kinda disappointed were Bastille by all the reviews that I read. I think they are a great upcoming british band and the fact that they were at Coachella says a lot to me already.
On Saturday the sand storm that hit the festival did not cause any problems. Although some artist did complain a little and did not seem to happy. Pharrell was a little annoyed about the wind storm that took place while he performed. But every year it is expected that the performing artist brings special guest to come and perform and Pharrell William did not disappoint. Gween Stefani, Nelly, Snoop Dog, P.Diddy and Busta Rhymes showed up to support. Lorde also performed on Saturday and her performance was amazing. I love how Lorde does not try to imitate anybody and just does her own thing.
Sadly Sunday came but there was still a lot to enjoyed from Coachella before it was all over. Calvin Harris hit the stage and played his latest hit “Summer Time.” I was definitely looking forward to see Calvin Harris perform at Coachella. The day was winding down and Coachella fans experience an amazing first weekend of the festival. Until next time that the sunset hits the Sahara stage fans will be ready to Eat, Sleep, Rave, Repeat…….
The wait is finally over Coachella is finally here. To all the people who were not able to buy their tickets you still have the opportunity to see it live. Luckily everybody will still be able to see their favorite artist from the comfort of their own home thru youtube. With the click of the mouse anybody can witness the festival. The festival has an amazing line up with performances by Ellie Golding, Zedd, Lorde, Bastille and so much more.
It’s finally here the new music video of Zedd ft Matthew Koma and Miriam Bryant. I am completely in love with it and can’t get enough of it. If you love EDM as much as I do this is a must see music video.

The first performers that have been announced are:
I love how the iTunes music festival is bringing different genres of music all under one stage. So get ready because this will be a must see festival this year as well.
The iTunes music festival will be on March 11-15 at ACL Live at the Moody Theatre. At the same venue where Austin City Limits is also held. I don’t know about you but I feel excited about this music festival already.
Big projects are in the works for British super star Ellie Golding this year. She did a musical appearance in Good Morning America yesterday where she sang her latest hit song “Burn” she also talk about her new song and some up coming projects. The new song “Beating Heart” is set to come out on the soundtrack of the movie “Divergent.”
The sci-fi movie is set to hit the box office on March 21,2014 and the soundtrack is set to be release around the time as well. Another talented EDM producer that is set to contribute is Zedd. The song that Zedd along with Matthew Koma and Miriam Bryant collaborated with will be “Find You.” I am a complete fan of both Ellie sings beautiful and Zedd produces amazing tracks. I am pretty sure that with those two very successful collaborations that soundtrack will be a huge success. Stay tune right here for more up to the minute news right here with me until next time.
The official line up was officially released yesterday DJ’s and bands from all over the world are gathering up once again in Indio, Ca. I was literally stoke to see the line up I could not believe that many of my favorite artist where going to be performing at Coachella this year. Who are you dying to see perform this year? Are you an Ellie Golding fan or do you prefer to see Zedd or Calvin Harris. Krewella, Lana del Rey, Alesso, Martin Gamix and Lorde are also scheduled to take the stage. I completely love them all and it’s so hard for me to decided what day is the best day of the whole festival. Coachella definitely reunites the best of the best every year and fans from all over come and celebrate. With hard work and determination the dream of each artist is to make it to Coachella and for the fans it’s a dream to see their favorite artist perform.
Who’s excited to see Zedd in Mexico. The Moment of Clarity is coming to a city near you.
Can you believe it October is already upon us. My favorite month is finally here its time to party and prepare my birthday celebrations. What a better way to kick off my bday month than with Zedd and Afrojack performing at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall. Afrojack will perform this Friday and Zedd will perform the following Friday. I am so excited my bday month could not have started any better way!
